I finally got my broken bottle's lid replaced! If you have read my post back in May 7th, I first bought the bottle last month. I went to the market in person again and had a wonderful time. Now my bottle is complete and I can't wait to take it with me everywhere. We ate fries and enjoyed picking out some gifts for ourselves and family. We also got tarot readings! This was my second experience having an in person tarot reading and it was very insightful concerning my ancestors and dreams. It also helped reassure and validate my thoughts surrounding various of my situations. Mainly focusing on trusting my intuition and protecting my energy. I also felt reassured that the path I am leaning towards will be beneficial. I am looking forward to this month more and more.

I love pride month!! We wanted to launch our first full podcast episode on the first of June but life had other plans. However, it is our intention to fully launch our podcast during pride month (earlier rather than later). So please stay tuned and on the lookout! Pride month means so much to us. Especially with the current threats that Target is under due to people protesting the pride collection. The queer community deserves a space to be celebrated without the fear of being harmed. Queer spaces are sacred where people find their chosen families. Black, Trans, and queer lives matter.

Graduations are always a time of bittersweet endings and anxiously eager new beginnings. They also come with a lot of grief and unexpected emotions. This year, graduations are especially difficult when our personal lives become intertwined with the political mess of our country. Public education is being attacked in our city, and the future is very uncertain. There is war overseas and I can't help but panic knowing eventually it will reach us one way or another. The only thing I can hold on to at this moment is knowing that we still have time together and make the most of it. People have their own free will and no matter how much someone might try to have control, everyone has to live with their own choices. Everyone has a right to live their life the way they choose, even when we disagree. Family and love are what matters most in my eyes and the only thing we can do is be there for them when they need us. Being the oldest sibling is a blessing and a pain (sometimes), and watching our younger siblings grow into their own people is frightening when all you want to do is protect them from this unrelenting world.
